To me it seem they're looking for a reasonable excuse to justify disqualification of people, particularly when most candidates that went for the oral stage claim the questions were simple and the drug stage sound perfect. Some people will get to the drug test stage but may not escape it

How many passionate educators were given the fare chance to practice in our public schools today without been connected to a politician. We thank God for the private soctor that accommodate some who could endure the peanut been paid to them. Most public schools teachers were never trained as one hence there's no passion from the onset just the paycheck and even if the government increases their pay it won't yield much return too in that sector because most of the teachers never had the passion. I dnt know how we get here , where connection is needed for every job instead of meeting some required standards. This has affected all sectors alot

NSCDC is a useless agency with no mandate and mission , if they need relevance they should be converted to state police or collapse into both the military and police to boost their personel strength. That payment of school part need to be thought out, a junior colleague in my office is now regretting paying too early because she just discovered a vacant accommodation just a stone thrown from the office , infact she doesn't need to enter transport at all, just trek for few minutes. Now, she couldn't take decision because her son we have to start boarding bus which is expensive, she requested a refund the sch objected , saying is against their policy. I have a friend who recently made it to the final Customs list. He has this kind of seemingly relationship with a Senator from Edo North. Their relationship is not very close, but he always has a way of getting favours from the Senator.
I have appealed to him several times to help and intercede on my behalf. We both applied for the Customs together. As a matter of fact, I even brought it to his attention when the recruitment came up.
He was already working in the Nigeria Correctional Service, which he also got through the Senator, before we even graduated from school. Since that time, I have always been telling him to help also put in a word for me.
This time around, we both applied for Customs and CDCFIB. His name made it to the final list of Customs, while I was disqualified after the test.
When I met with him to celebrate the Customs job, he told me that he would also make it to the final list of the CDCFIB. Again, while I was just recently disqualified after the medicals, his name made it again to the next stage.
I really don't know how else I am going to appeal to him or what else to say to him.
Every time, he keeps insinuating that mine would be quite difficult since I am not from his ethnic group or senatorial district. But honestly, he is the closest I have to any connect.
The frustration is killing me. I just need help.

he definitely has someone working closing with the senator as PA or adviser. Most those slots are distributed federal characters slots to various constituencies through their representative. These slots are not easy to get if you're not from that constituency and even more harder if you don't have any relationship with those compiling the names at the grassroots political structures unless you're willing to buy from a family representative who want to sell their allotted slot.
