The guy in this picture is moses ugwu by name aka funny nation. He is a nairalander and a scammer by profession.

He early this year, he collected over 3million naira from people with the promise that he will import goods with the money and share the profits among investors.

He scammed all his investors and he never paid back.

He is on the run as at the time of typing this....

To add to what others have said.

in 2016 when I was living in a rented apartment. A friend called me that he is in town and wants to stay for while. then I was working from home, having my mining rigs in my room.. I wasn't home then, I told him where to get the key and asked him to feel at home.

I'm ashamed to say what this guy did. This friend ate all the edibles in the refrigerator and drank my most expensive wine.

my girl came to the house and he was trying to get familiar with my girl.. claimed the DSTV remote. I had to settle with the one in the room.

This is someone I haven't seen in three years. who does that.

To top it all, this guy messed up my asic miner and cooler. something I set up with 5m. my source of living..

I allowed him stay till he left...sadly he was a close friend.

While choosing a location, check for how people move in that area early in the morning and in the evening. Afternoon doesn't matter much.

campuses can be good but students don't pay well. I will suggest a place close to market or a major road or road joining a major road. but make sure alot of youths come there or live there.

I for one will tell you never to joke with wallpaper design.

Location should be very important. be wise while choosing it.

I have a similar business like this I set up for my Lady. took a few millions depending on taste but still 500k can still give you what you want.

I have had an experience with those guys in UDI. I was driving to Enugu, they stopped me and ordered me to come down for searching. seeing a young guy (my looks is confusing though) driving a clean car.

they searched everywhere and I found nothing except my extra sim I lodged at the back of my phone. they labelled me yahoo. I laughed and told them they must be joking.

I know a lot of police guys and I have idea how they work. I used that as a my strength and told them to prove it.

they requested for my phone. I told them I can't unlock it except we go to the station so I can see what they wants to do with my phone. they all kept quiet knowing that I already know how they work.

we drove around till they became tired and left me. I told them I was bad market for them lol. gave them lunch money and collected their number. now we are friends. lol

So far it's greed. How can someone show you a business proposal of setting up a farm without you the investor doing your own due diligence.

my friend has been scammed of 15,000 dollars he made from bitcoin mining.
do not ever go into any business that is too good to be true.
