i read the article on sleep dysfunction in women and it was very informative, thank you.

i want to ask,
1. like in men, does reduced testosterone cause these sleep disorders as it does in women? and why does lack of estrogen cause disorder? i know i read it in the article but it is a natural thing why does it have to be labeled as part if sleep disorders? also is there a way that women can escape from it?

2. i hear people, mostly women (white and sometimes black) breathing, and they breathe loudly like they are gasping for breath. some of them are fat and i know obesity could cause that but most of them are slim women and i dont understand because they dont look like they are gasping for breath but u can hear it.
