impotency in men is rather a 'bad dream' to wake up from,it tends to make us feel less manly,and feel dejected.but there are ways to prevent it AVOID WEARING TIGHT BOXERS-this is a major reason why most men are impotent,some guys might be shocked at hearing this,but it is the truth.Tight boxers prevent the flow of blood to the P3nis! Thus weakening its muscles. so If you are a fan of tight boxers,reduce the way you wear it especially if you are also wearing a skinny jeans ontop! Try some loose boxers when you are home etc. It needs air,and blood to flow freely without suffocation,better safe than sorry. 2-WASH YOUR UNDERWEARS-when it is dirty and avoid wearing an underwear for more than a week! Cause 90% of guys fail to notice this,and think nothing is wrong but its so wrong,just as its advisable for women to wash their undies as soonas possible,so goes for men. Wearing the same underwear for Four or five days can lead to excessive scratching and from there,severe pains! |
