web pages are documents written in HTML and can be accessed through http

i can do sites for free and i don't think people should come here and make noise about their 1 million naira or half a million naira sites without putting links for us to see. Websites of 4k depends on what they are for or the kind of site they are, could be static with few webpages and not much graphics and i don't personally think they are worth more than 5k judging by our nations economy
