you are right based on it being endemic and i said so in my first post and we don't like it because personally it affects me each time i go home (settling area boys, police, npa officials etc etc)

People are corrupt everywhere in world but the level of poverty determines the level of corruption, i live in Spain and there are lots of corruption scandals coming up every now and then on the news and if you want to know more google this "operacion malaya" and many more
