It is interesting that Romeobest has resurrected but be that as it may, I followed his (Romeobest's) link and it does appear that the VIN number Phammyus presented is for the vehicle shown on the link but that vehicle has been SOLD or TAKEN OUT of the market. I did run a check on the VIN and found out that IT IS NOT POSSIBLE THAT THE MILEAGE SHOWN ON NAIRALAND IS RIGHT.

However, it is possible that the vehicle was bought from the dealer on Romeobest's link and shipped to Nigeria in which case VIN number provided by Phammyus is right but the mileage given by Phammyus is deceptive.

My advice is for any buyer to confirm the VIN number on the vehicle as advertised but one thing is certain, that mileage is not right. I can say without fear of contradiction that the odometer reading has been tampered with (if indeed the mileage provided is the current odometer reading).

Thank God for the provision of VIN number otherwise, this investigation will not have been possible. Once again, this is a good example of why we need VIN number on this forum.

What's your take on the Exterior Color and Photos advertised as Gold, as opposed to the Silver Color in the Original Advert, is that not enough prove that its not the Car advertised ?

The Mileage advertised has bn Rolled back

The Color Advertised does not fit the Color of the Car.

This Same car is Advertised as a SILVER EXTERIOR COLOR, with a Mileage of 113,993 miles

Some of the cars you see in Nigeria have involved in one accident or another. To just come to this forum and just bastardize peoples business without getting your facts right is criminal and crime against capitalism. I have seen the so called big car dealers always not disclosing the VIN Number of their cars because of people like Romeo stupid best.

For somebody to add VIN no number of a car to his post, I think he is sure it will be checked otherwise he will not put it. Whether accidented or not, he who will buy will buy. I have been watching with keen interest the Procedures Of advertisement and Car Sales, and the Full Disclosures Some dealers make or hide to Unsuspecting Buyers, and I was compelled to Register today because I have Identified a FRAUD

The Vin of the Toyota Matrix above was given as 2T1KR32E73C097572, and the Mileage was reported as 122,012 miles, The Poster by the name PhammyUS also posted that the Car is an All Wheel Drive,

After making Detailed Checks and Carfax Reports on the said vehicle Here are My Inferences

The Car Has been involved in an Accident, It Crashed into another Motor Vehicle on 16th Sept, 2004 in New York

The Mileage has been Rolled back as the Actual Last Mileage was 145,811 miles

and the Car is a Front Wheel Drive, Not an All Wheel Drive.

I wonder Why Dealers like this Phammyus Cannot be Genuine and Forthright, and why they have to Conceal Vital Information to Unsuspecting Buyers.

Many Family has been Killed and Some Maimed For life by Buying Cars with Serious Injury Problems without Knowing Especially when History are being Concealed,
