In terms of ability there is nothing like highest paid. If it is a 16years old boy who has not signed his first professional contract that will perform consistently, I rather have him than the supposed highest paid.

I agree with you. It will not help those players. They need to be integrated into the main team as part of main team else they wont be motivated.
