Just looking at what you wrote up there only, if I sit down write better CV for you with those attributes you mentioned at least you will get invites for interview.

First thing first, craft a very good CV, go online look for manager roles, don't apply for supervisor as from what you said you are doing a manager's job. Just try it and see if you won't get at least one invite.
