Politics / Re: Palliative: Kwankwaso Condemns FG For Giving Rice To APC Supporters by Rootprof(m): 8:16am On Sep 10
Is Kwankwaso now Kano governor or his spokesperson?Even though he might be right. It's very bad bypassing the state governor when sending the rice. Our leaders are not serious, they create a 100% problem and then start talking about rice. We are not in IDcamp and not experiencing lockdown. It's your bad selfish policies that's killing Nigerians. We don't need your rice.

During campaign they clearly see incompetence in his speech YET THEY FORCED HIM ON US. He never appeared for debates and all we heard about how he will govern is agbado in the morning, cassava in the afternoon, emilokan blablabla YET THEY FORCED HIM ON US.

Governing is not about praying but readiness and competence. After mismanaging and embezzling public resources THEY TURN TO THE MUMU MASSES TO START PRAYING. As if na so them they pray for china, Jerusalem, Saudi Arabia that their country is good.

Just work hard and wish for luck naija is far gone. How long will it take to start seeing the benefits of subsidy ? It's over 15 months and things are only getting harder for the masses only the leaders are reaping and living large. They only encourage the masses to be patience and keep praying, his god deaf or why just willing not to answer Nigerians prayers ? No wonder Nigeria did not win any medal at the just concluded Olympics cos of poor preparation instead they are busy praying. Until we realize that prayer without work is failure then we will remain the same.

Phones / Re: Telegram Or MTN Issue by Rootprof(m): 11:19am On Aug 06
Keyz1:
I was in the same situation weeks ago. I wasn't able to access my Telegram account for almost a month.
What you will do is:

1. Create a new Telegram account with a phone number that hasn't been registered on Telegram before.
2. After logging in your new Telegram account, under the add number options, add that number you are having issues with.
3. You will receive a notification that an otp has been sent to your other device. Click on receive via SMS
4. You will be surprised that the code that hasn't been entering before will enter.
5. Make sure your Telegram is up to date

Thanks. This worked for. Got another number registered it with telegram and have being trying to get the code after adding my main number until this morning I just tried it again and the code entered.

Telegram is the most useless App I've seen so far, well ot was good before all this Mining mini app started. Here are the issues I've observed

1. They Ban you for No reason
2. When you logout of a device and try to login in on a new device, you will not receive OTP
3. When you contact customer care they will never reply

And I wonder why no body has reported them they banned my business Telegram with lots of important documents and messages, a friend of mine almost went to prison because of same. They banned his phone number for No reason and some really important documents where there.

Never ever use Telegram for anything important.
You can have a confidential conversation with someone and they'll just delete everything and you have no proof.

Also
Telegram is home for scammers and Paedophiles. Child port is distributed on Telegram Like the dark Web!

You're right. I also know people that got banned with out no tangible reasons.

Politics / Re: Protests: IGP Orders Officers To ‘deal Decisively’ With Arsonists, Troublemakers by Rootprof(m): 6:27am On Aug 01
This man and some of his mind want to set this country on fire. Enter street and see/hear people's pain. Just do anyhow and escalate the whole thing. Please tell them to stop unnecessary panicking or staged destruction of property. Na hunger protest push them out to the street with no strength cos it's over a year most of them feed well last, thanks to the hardships caused by the present government.

Nice one. Must they put their picture on everything ? One of our problem in this country is people let politicians feel like they are doing them favour or like the resources used in providing things for the masses is from their salary ( pocket ). Let these people know they are there to serve and stop hailing them. All they do is their responsibility

Phones / Re: How Many Months Does It Take To Learn Phone Repair In Nigeria by Rootprof(m): 10:10pm On May 19
Phone repair can be hard ware or soft ware. I don't know much about soft ware but if it's hard ware common faults are mouth and earpiece, touch and screen these you can learn repair in 3 months depending on how sharp you are. But when it comes to tracing faults on mother board that can take you 6-12 months. Most of the faults are on YouTube or just Google it. Wish you best of luck.

He may have other reasons for selling but definitely not hanging. People still use old experience to judge itel mobiles, itel don upgrade ooo. I know people using itel p40, A70 and are enjoying it on average use. Their price is considerable. The itel s24 is a nice phone. Many people use gadget based on name.

Like I do tell people changing of people mindset should happen before infrastructural development if not it will be under used or misused. An example is a modern toilet government build for people in some areas in my state to stop open deification, they only used it for like 2 months and went back to their normal ways. Our mindset and reasoning my change first. Our leaders know all these but just like wasting money cos their own gain.

The truth is many pupil are not that serious and they don't take time to listen to their parents or elders. They don't know things but always arrogant and acting woke on empty brain. As you see your venue you should have been there before the exam date or at least ask around to be very sure of the venue. When ever you have exam or appointment be there at 30 minutes early, late arrival to venue of may be beginning of failure.

Let him calm down jamb so organize date for his kind of case, that's after the whole exam is over. Peace and good luck

The true religion na traditional religion. Most of the clerics of the 2 imported religions indulge in traditional ways. LET STOP PAINTING TRADITIONAL RELIGION EVIL. It has being proven many times that it works well. Pluck leaves and roots for healing, traditional religion deals more with nature, things God created. Africa wake up

You're right. But the main thing is SERAP have done their part letting you masses know the real enemies. It is now left to the masses to fight the looters or continue in poverty. At times I just wonder how do we really get here undecided very heartless people in power milking the money meant for the masses without pity or remorse.

Wake up masses it's all tactics, how can you move cement from 3500 to 10,000 and after meeting with government decided to reduce it to 8000 is that what masses vote you in for ??
Beans, rice price skyrocket from 32000 to 90,000 and now 70,000 and they expect us to be rejoicing ba. Na old format abeg, they make price high, masses suffer and then later bring it down a little then claim they are working. Joke apart this regime worse with little or no sympathy for masses. This might be my last post for now on nairaland cos I'm selling this phone this morning to pay half of my son school cos na small phone.

Teni naija no care ooo.

The whole Ilorin no get light during the match. How will people join mind pray and wish the eagles well, compare to how ivorians full the stadium. Let the looters called leaders fix Nigeria first and we will prosper externally.
Truth be told naija present situation madt. The hunger is hitting hard and your looters are smiling to the bank.
Tell the looters to stop giving feeble period for fixing things. Tell us the actual date the new minimum wage will be paid and make sure you provide something reasonable for workers this month ending. How can Nigerians survive till April when the said minimum wage will be ready, then submitted to senate for approval. That means till around June/ July shocked
Imagine 500 million for 37 people cry that just part of the 1 billion ooo and you want the masses to keep quiet.

Good move!! They bear witness of the negative consequences the alcohol infiltrates on their husbands hence taking such action. This happened in a Christian dominated location, therefore stop cursing the sharia police in Kano and other Muslims dominated areas. Alcohol is always a bad substance no matter how some negative thinking people or authorities legalized it

Try to read again and to the end. The anger of the women is not against the consumption of alcohol but the ones being sold rather than their locally produced ones. They are fighting for their own business.

Nigeria politics is something else. That one aside na like these we go dey ? Everything is not working under this government and what amuse me is the quietness of the people. Things are hard oooo. Street don red.

We keep hearing huge money everyday but did not reach the masses. Seems the president is not hearing/seeing people suffering. Or they want to make things hard first and later do something small expecting people to appreciate it cos of the hunger. Sometimes I wonder if prayer works

God gave Nigeria all she needed to be a great nation to be envied by other countries but we keep voting people that doesn't care about the wellbeing of Nigerians. Till we start enforcing the true definition of democracy this country will remain the same. Government of the people by the people and for the people. The power is with the PEOPLE.
