If you are applying to only those schools that do not require IELTS, you have no problem with uni-assist. Embassy do not ask for IELTS.

I've mailed like 10 schools and only 4 agreed that I can apply without Ielts/Toefl, so here are my questions:
Since I'm still going to apply through uni assist do you think uni assist is going to ask of Ielts/Toefl result,?
Is the the embassy going to request for ielts/Toefl result before they can grant me visa?

A Blocked Account or Sponsorship does not guarantee issuance of a visa rather it is a combination of factors like a good interview at the embassy, showing your intent to really study, intent to return, providing required personal, academic and financial documentation which is where your blocked account or Sponsorship comes in to prove that you have adequate finance for your studies in Germany

I mailed 9 universities in germany to find out whether they can waive ielts/Toefl, only three university confirm I can proceed without prove of English. The problem now is that I need to apply to about five school for bachelor degree business related course, and I was only able to get 3. please if you know any tuition free university that can give admission without ielts in germany please let me know.
