First of all this post lack credibility, n very infactual; d budget never leaked it was released, there are staffs in Aso Rock with family members and their remuneration as represented in d budget was not fixed by ds administration, Infact not until recently before Jonathan left dat minimum wage was reviewed upwardly, if not, i'ld av said it's been so even b4 Jonathan's.
Meanwhile to further prove that ur criticism of this budget was not constructive, the breakdown significantly show decline in recurrent expenditure, while most of d amount of d budget increment is credited to capital expenditure;
The implication is dat
1, if all these figure he posted are true, that means d previous administration were actually budgeting at least150% of the listed amounts in d previous annual budgets, why do I say so? Because all the items listed were either operational items and/or consumable items(recurrent expenditure)
2, your concern should have been where the deficit will be coming from, (now, that's the game changer), if the deficit is well taken care of n d budget well implemented, the implication is dat indeed some people have been bleeding the economy, the leakages have been indeed blocked, some stolen funds have been recovered, and finally it will go down in history if it continues like dat in the next four/eight years that PMB is the greatest president to have ever govern this country.
