I have suspected this when I woke up this morning and found my main and most active MTN line was blocked 🚫 I went to the NTN office only to find it very crowded with everyone experiencing same problem. If they try anything funny, e go reach their side o Someone should warn them |
He should just conduct funeral for the son, evil people trying to take over the world. Their destruction will be epic |
Telltruth123:You are not getting the point, by tolerance I mean religious tolerance not just behavioral tolerance. And by religious tolerance I'm not talking about Southern Muslims and you know it. That aside Northerners always see politics as a do or die affair especially when there's the possibility of a Christian contesting against them in the north. In Plateau State Hon Yusuf Gagdi is a Muslim that was voted twice in a Federal House of Reps constituency were Muslims are just 20% this will never happen where Muslims are just 40% or above cos. In states where the Deputy Governors are Christians, check you will see that Muslims are either 40 to 45% or above while Christians are either more or equally distributed. This is because Christians don't normally view politics as something to die for especially when it involves religious connotations. So please we won't be accepting lopsided statistics when we know the truth on ground is different from what is paraded on paper |
Telltruth123:The only reason why Muslim/Muslim ticket worked aside the massive do or die rigging that brought it to fruition and why Christian/Christian might not happen is because Christians are very very tolerant while the reverse is the case with Muslims. Nothing else, additionally Christians and Southerners are nonchalant in politics almost 50% actually don't vote while the Northerners aside 95% of them voting, irregularities like underage voting is prevalent. So don't take election results as true reflection of the numbers government and the cohorts in it like to flaunt. |
Nigeria should be No. 1 actually but the way religious statistics are rigged in this country you will think there's an award to be won for the numbers. Same thing they do in politics and census. They just like to short change Christians, cutting the numbers to look as if they are minority when reverse is the case |

sweetkev:It's not cowardice, it's actually the teaching of Christ that asks Christians to be good and leave vengeance for God. Christians are very rarely seen on the offensive, or aggressive not because they lack the abilities to be violent but because the Holy Bible teaches tolerance, forgiveness and love towards one another, even enemies. Most times actually you will find out that the overtly aggressive are the cowards, who will raise dust to wade off perceived stronger competition. Let me tell you from experience, in the north where Christians are always harassed, intimidatied, bullied and murdered there are situations where they were pushed so hard they had to push back, and they've always succeeded in fighting and pushing back the aggressors. It's about the teaching here, while unfortunately the others teach their own to be unnecessarily violent. |
Codepain:If Muslim leaders in this country especially the north can emulate even a bit of what CAN did in this situation Nigeria would not be where we are today, they always show support for violence against Christians by keeping mute. Or pretend to condemn the acts when outcry is too much but never ever take any action to stop it or even minimize it. Well done CAN for showing the world that Christianity is not a violent religion and any Christian or Church that acts in such manners are not just condemned, reprimanded but punished. |
jetwonder:I experienced a severe turbulence in 2022 between Lagos and Warri, it was caused by bad weather. The Airpeace pilot really tried, at first I wasn't bothered as people frantically started praying in tongues andotherlanguages, shouting, casting and binding. Omo when the situation kept going worse I didn't know when I started praying in my heart o. It was really severe I thought the aircraft was going to break midair. When we eventually landed it was raining heavily in Warri. |
The President Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration likes to repeat their popular slogans of 'Renewed Hope Agenda' and 'Let The Poor Breathe' yet the citizens of Nigeria keep seeing one Renewed shege or the order. CNG IN EVERY HOUSEHOLD IS THE WAY FORWARD The Federal Government should as a matter of great urgency look in the direction of getting CNG gas available at every gas station that is currently selling and dispensing LPG cooking gas. As a concerned Nigerian that is keen on seeing that the live of the ordinary citizen improves tremendously I have made and posted videos on X tagging even the iCNG Committee members of the Federal Government but none has paid any attention to it. Surprisingly they're just focusing on getting the CNG innitiave for vehicles alone and this has taken over a year already with no physical evidence showing how far they've gone. My videos are on X currently on this great idea with only a few views. I need anything or anyone that can help push this until it receives the attention it deserves. I've researched and discovered that CNG can be used as a cooking gas just as LPG is being used currently in homes all over the country. I've also discovered that CNG gas can be used to power generators too. What this portends is that citizens can substitute the high priced petrol and LPG gas with the very affordable CNG and still obtain the same results. I'm surprised that nobody is looking in this direction. For now all the focus is on converting vehicles from petrol and diesel to CNG, but it's taking too long as how many Nigerians will benefit soonest? It would go a long way in lessening cost of energy and power if the average citizen can immediately start using the CNG gas for cooking and for powering their generators at home, shops and offices. In case my video fails to upload here. I will post the links to my X handles so Nairalanders can go and help share. Thanks

jeromestarks:Eyah I feel your pain, but not everyone has experienced your misfortune. Some of us are proud husbands of Plateau virgins. So I understand how you feel not privileged to savor the beauties from Plateau but the others. Allow people to find out for themselves biko |
Pray4Nigeria:DSTV has not reverted to any old prices I paid the newly increased price for the second time on Monday 17th June 2024 of #20,700 for Compact and Extra View. I went back to the DSTV App to reconfirm this your postulation and the App is still advertising the same increased price, so I don't know where you got this news from ![]() |

NOETHNICITY:To your 1st statement (Ask yourself why Christians are fast fleeing the religion and abandoning the Bible and embracing Atheism and Islam in some cases) , the situation applies both to Christianity and Islam. Global liberalization has made it possible for individuals to pursue whatever pleases them and these days people especially Christians can switch to whatever with less or no restriction whatever, muslims on the other hand only enjoy this benefit when they migrate out their Islamic communities to western or Christian environments where they enjoy limitless freedom. The number of Muslims turning to Atheism and Christianity will shock you. To your 2nd statement (Ask yourself why Islam is the fastest growing religion in predominantly Christian western countries.) Islam uses massive procreation to advance its population growth and the growth of the religion globally. The Western countries in their foolish magnanimity to the Middle East and to show lack of Islamophobia have opened their borders to a lot of Arabs and Muslims, and the Muslims in their hidden agenda of trying to annex these benevolent countries have been procreating massively with the sole aim of outnumbering the Europeans and taking over their lands and installing Sharia law. So please stop the false narrative to show as if their growth is organic or natural and without ulterior motives. |

jesusjnr2020:The statement from the Pope has been misunderstood o, he didn't approve the blessing of same sex marriages but same sex couples. Meaning if a couple come to church for prayers or blessings, Priests shouldn't deny them the rites just because they are same sex couples but should be blessed as individuals in a relationship not that the blessing signifies the blessing of the union o. If the couple presented their relationship or union as the one to be blessed the priests can not carry it out, but if the people in the union wants blessing as individuals it can be given to them. In as much as I detest the shoving of LGBTQIyenyen into our nostrils I feel the members shouldn't be cast out but be shown love and be guided towards abandoning the lifestyle and disciplining themselves against the unnatural desires. What I detest is the militant, manipulative tendencies of their rights groups stifling lives out of anyone that is against the depraved lifestyle. |

Splashme:I've said this severally even on Reno's tweets, but Reno has learned a way of crafting his nonsense to make you itching to reply him. Truth remains he might not even mean what he's saying but to ensure maximum engagements he deliberately gets controversial and he smiles to the bank at the end of the day. Obidients have actually started engaging him less and less, it’s just that he has in the process garnered fans among the Northern and South Western APC die hards who continue to mastubate on any of his posts. |
renythyly:Their cluelessness is beyond comprehension, they're only dwelling on CNG powered vehicles forgetting that to help bring down the cost of living they must also make sure that the CNG is also made available to households to replace the sky high cost of LPG too. Households consume more gas than vehicles would, CNG should be made available to households to use in place of the current cooking gas and petrol should be replaced with the same CNG in powering households and businesses generators. If most of the businesses would use CNG powered generators do you know how much cost of fueling this would cut down?! They're just concentrating on converting vehicles alone. When the gas carburetors for generators came out we rushed to install on our generators only for the price of gas to fly like inter galactic rocket 🚀 |

Seyitosino: Seyitosino:With due respect, it is not. Acha/Fonio/Hungry rice is grown in Nigeria specifically Plateau, Southern Kaduna and Southern Bauchi and some parts of West Africa. My mother has cultivated it in the past and I've worked on the farm. So please I'm talking about what I know personally, and I always have it in my house. The picture of the Acha/Fonio crop is the grassy plant below On the other hand Quinoa is a plant that is not grown in any part of Nigeria and research shows it can not be cultivated as the climate here is not favourable to its cultivation. "...quinoa cannot be grown in Nigeria since the country's climate and soil are insufficient for quinoa production. Typically, quinoa is grown at altitudes of 8,000 to 10,000 feet in South America's Andean highlands." the quote above is extract from a site I researched The picture of the Quinoa crop is the herbal/shrub plant below. I hope I've been able to convince you now that they are not the same. Peace

Olorilolo:You actually don't have to blend it to make swallow with it, but last last it's your preference that does it though. Acha is the food anyone looking to lose weight should go for, it can prepared in so many different ways and recipes. It's truly grossly underrated, Nigeria should be exporting this staple, but alas a lot of Nigerians aren't even aware of such a wonder food let alone growing in commercial quantity. . In addition to Plateau and Southern Kaduna, It's also grown in Southern Bauchi. My house always has Acha in stock, I've introduced some Delta people to it ![]() |

PressMyButton:Wow so wow, you won't use the same energy to pressure your non performing politicians to do what you elected them to do o. It's someone that is using his personal money to help the poor that you are flexing your muscles to denigrate o. Ask the people there if the borehole is not producing good water for them which their politicians have failed to do over the years. These kinds of mindset are the very reason this counts will never move forward. |
nlfpmod:I duff my hat for this guy for his genius idea, see as it about to bring a revolution in Nigerian league football. With the response Elumelu has given I'm sure something good will come out of it. Imagine Dangote picking a club and turning it into a world class club instead of chasing Arsenal that isn't giving him any chance. The investment will be massive, as it will be run as a business not some state government parastatals as the case is with most of our clubs |
