To think that Bornu is a state that has some majority Christian LGAs like Bauchi can condescent so low to flagrantly persecute it's own citizens just because they are Christians reveals the massive persecution Christians face in Northern Nigeria.

Same Muslims who are never persecuted because of their Islamic religion in Christian majority states of the north like Plateau, Benue, Taraba, Nasarawa, Abuja and Kaduna are the first to shout persecution when they are not allowed to seize political power in these states especially Plateau State.

It's the docility of Christian leaders and politicians that gives these mofos the efrontery to keep doing nonsense.

The day Christians in the north will start pushing back ehn, they will not believe what their eyes will see

Thank you for bringing out this clear distinction, this verse is saying any man that sleeps with a woman who has not been betrothed he will be punished. In Islam when a man rapes a woman, it's the woman that gets punished. You do the math, the verse above did not even say rape, it says sleep consensual sex o, the man is punished. Islamic societies in the middle east keep punishing the victims of rape instead of the criminal perpetrators.
