walcolm: Well, they are the most generous with data and I don't think the fluctuations will be a deal breaker

It's supposed to be due to a network upgrade so I expect it should improve over time

kk, tanx but i will still border u abit, when i inserted the airtel sim in my q10 it didnt show 4g but 3 pls do u know why? my mtn shows 4g or has airtel not upgraded to to 4g yet?

Do you have space on the internal memory ?

The 10.2 update roll out has been nothing short of impressive so you should not have a problem updating unless maybe your network provider has not pushed it. I know glo and airtel have both pushed it and my cousin in law on etisalat is also able to update

What you can do is use the BlackBerry Link to do the update. Get the latest version of BlackBerry Link, plug your device to the pc and you should get a notification that there's an update

walcolm: I use Airtel and glo bis...between 1000 and 3000 for 2gb to 6gb data

normal airtel or glo bis on bb10?

walcolm: It's not glo, the device has built in breaks to help you not burn your data downloading updates because the updates could be large. if your data cap is low, you might end up exhausting it and still not finish downloading

To remove the breaks, go to BlackBerry World, swipe down from the top. Select setting and tap network and data limits

Set the two options you see there to remove limits

if the breaks is removed can one be able to update with mobile network?

i know glo BIS sorts of stops working if you have less than N30 airtine on your line...although your airtime is not deducted for data use

Pls can someone tell me the difference between H and H+ signal, I'm using a Q10 with mtn dedicated BB10 subscription but never received a H+ signal even with my network on 4g though I can do video call and at times my browsing speed is not bad but I want to know if that is how it's supposed to be.
