The B part has typo errors in d example, it's supposed to be, add all to give the middle number,
Example one is correct, 7+3+9=19
Example two and three has errors
6+1/3+0=7 1/3

From the questions you would see that non of them has a smaller number in the middle, showing that the middle number is supposed to be larger than the outer numbers
Secondly whaen you add all the outer numbers you would get the answer in the options given,

I am dying in silence

I discovered that I had pile during my secondary School days (2014). I didn't even know this has been on me for long, until I went to defecate with a friend of mine in the bush. Immediately he saw that red flesh coming out on my anus. He shouted "What is this!!". That was when I knew I had PILE.

OK,this is what u should do in d interim
1. Take at least 2 blended oranges a day, blend everything, apart from d seed and s back peel, cut d orange into four,peel d back,remove the seed and blend everything,drink morning and evening.
2.make sure ur food contains vegetables,plenty of vegetables, if possible, cook separately and eat as Much as u can.
3. Drink plenty of water, at least a glass every two to three hours.
4. This one u have to learn by urself, when defecating, try not to push with all ur strength, try to break ur poo into small small bit using ur anal muscles, this will help ur anal muscles to have time to heal, avoiding any new tear tone walls.
5.most important one,stop any foods that contains sugar,especially raw sugar- soft drinks,tea etc.
