In Lasisi Elenu's voice: NA OGUN GO KILL YOUR PAPA . Den tie your brother hand for hin back? Why would your papa be asking your husband to be responsible for someone else's bride price? Na your husband wan marry? |
Glory be to God i finally got my US Visa (B1/B2) I was nominated by my employer for a training in the US in early December so i applied and went for the interview in the 1st week of November. Take note that my travel history was only to Qatar where i worked for 1 year (2016-2017) before coming back to Nigeria to take up my present employment. I also just recently got a UK visa in October (I intend to travel to London for a holiday after my trip from the US). I went to the embassy with the invitation letter, letter of introduction from my employer, bank statements and every other document i could think of. Unfortunately the visa was denied and i felt to dejected as this was an opportunity in career advancement that my employer has provided me. I was then advised by my MD to apply again and try to present my case to the VO very well. I applied last week for emergency appointment and i got an email to come for the interview on Monday. Lo and behold, the visa was granted. This is just 3 weeks apart from the date of the denial. Whoever is reading this, please do not give up once you have the strong believe that you deserve something. The more reason why i was propelled to reapply was because i know in my heart of hearts that whatever reason they wrote in that BLUE REJECTION FORM is not applicable to me because i was going on a business trip and never had the intention of overstaying in the US. I hope this reinforces someone's belief. |
