This is to say a Big Thank You to all those who attended the event, to Nairaland for this opportunity to share, to the MODs who moved this to frontpage, to everyone who also took time to view this thread, and to God Almighty, the giver and sustainer of Life; It is to him alone that all glory belongs. To all those who are praying for a glorious day like this, may God grant your requests in his perfect time. To all those who are already married, May God keep your home and bless you richly. Thank you all from my beautiful Queen and my humble self. God bless you. NB. We had our Honeymoon at the Obudu Mountain Resort. With my wife's permission, I will be posting pictures from the "moon" on another thread soon to encourage tourism to the resort. Enjoy your day.

tchidi:Thanks. I was also a bit skeptical when my wife suggested Purple and Yellow. But then I googled it and saw beautiful images. Then I made up my mind to go for it, though it was very difficult to get a nice purple suit but thank God I did at last. Amen to your prayers. |

Hello fellow Nairalanders. This is just to take our hearts away from the present heat in the polity created by the lawmakers. On May 9th, 2015, I signed the dotted lines with the Queen of my Heart. On this special day we became "Man and Wife". It was a glorious day filled with Joy and laughter. It was a blessing to have loving friends and family around us. The wedding took place in Ilorin, Kwara State. All events took place on the same day, though stressful, it was still a lot of fun. To my darling wife who is also viewing this thread, "I see Fire in your eyes, and the way you call my name; Without You I can't do anything. You are my Angel and my Lover, No one else on earth will do; So I promise you forever and for always, I'll Never stop Loving you". Enjoy the Pictures.

Looking forward to a peaceful procession. Hossana! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord! |
ozoigbondu:It's too bad that Jega was deceived into believing the card reader battery could last 12hours. INEC should have provided an extra unit for each reader. After much argument, I had to go rent a generator for my polling unit, but while we were trying to run the wires, an extra battery was brought from the local government headquarters. We can do better as a nation. @3:42pm, accreditation is still on going with about 60 people on queue. God bless Nigeria.
|
As at 2:20pm, Accreditation is still on in my ward. Let's see how it goes. Just got accredited.
|
The card reader battery ran out after just 2 hours accreditation. We waited for another 1hour before a replacement battery was brought. As at 2:13pm, accreditation is still on and I have just had mine done. Since we lost close to 2 hours to a faulty card reader, we might still be accrediting till 3pm.
|
Modified: - @10:15am From Igosun ward. Card reader not functioning. Inec staff says the date is incorrect. We are still waiting for INEC IT to come adjust the date. We have lost over 1hour of accreditation time. @ 11:05am. INEC has brought a new card reader. Accreditation has started and is fast. Waiting for my turn. Vote, not fight.

Cool artwork. I do hope they win. Lets see what a new team can offer. BTW i have collected my Pvc and am voting. |
Seems the site is down. Is it back up? I need to check for my little sister. |
This is a huge slap on the face of our security agencies. Is this how people can get on to the tarmac freely and spend close to 2 hours without anyone challenging them? Just imagine the havoc he can do if he had smuggled a gun in! God save Nigeria. |
