Voting has started at unit ward 19, unit 41. But initially the INEC officials did not show the results sheets which caused a lot of problem. Voters delayed accreditation until the results were produced and checked by party agents.
There are wide spread reports of absence of election result sheets in many polling Units in the state. There are cases of intimidation and arrest of party agents right inside the polling units. It's sad

A little violence has started here now cos one of the Gubernatorial candidate in Oyo State came here now and gave the people money. As expected, people started fighting over it.

lt happened in my unit but a man brought out his generator saying he wants GEJ by all means

It's too bad that Jega was deceived into believing the card reader battery could last 12hours. INEC should have provided an extra unit for each reader. After much argument, I had to go rent a generator for my polling unit, but while we were trying to run the wires, an extra battery was brought from the local government headquarters.

We can do better as a nation.

@3:42pm, accreditation is still on going with about 60 people on queue.

It was smooth and transparent as no Party Agent dared to canvass for votes.

Former militant, Mujahid Asari-Dokubo has aired his
displeasure after his PVC was rejected by the card reader
at his polling unit at Bakana in the Degema Local
Government Area of Rivers State.
The ex militant said no body would leave the polling

Voting material arrived at about 1.30pm. Card reader was perfect. It took about 40 seconds for me to be accredited. Wahoooo.

Sumtymes common sense is scarce is it until they announce before u knw wu will win when you knw your pple and dey interact day-in day out......If you are not partisian i implore to mention the name of the gubanitorial candidate distributing money or hold your peace.......
