oya na tell your sister what embassy said na.if she printed it in Eko,let that same EKO branch of her bank justify the doubt of the embassy by carrying on the information and advice you have got here or she can go to Eko fidelity bank and tender the issue which can be resolved there too and she sends it down to you in Edo no long talk on this

No no no, don't withdraw the money from the account, use that same fidelity acct. If u withdraw then you have shown to them that ur statement of acct is fake as they suspect, just do as I have stated earlier. U suppose don dey gate of ur bank by now

bro i am getting pissed my this.if it is genuine as you v said. Go back to that same fidelity bank branch,tell them what the embassy says about your sister's statement of account,if it wasn't initially printed on a letter head,then they do it now,get reference letter and tender to embassy. you CANNOT present a new statement from another bank or account YOU MUST just that the VERY questioned statement is genuine.

Egbon take it easy now shuohh we b nor dey quarrel. I'm just trying to look for easy n fast way to get things resolved.

this is absolutely a NO. You have to prove to them that the VERY bank statement questioned is authentic as have alleged detected doctored by them that is to say you go to the bank/branch, they print new bank statement again from that same start date to the end date on letter head and also assigning a reference letter to that effect,stamped and signed.Then you can present it to the embassy via any medium given to you to prove yourself which they will still verify again from the bank which wouldn't be from that branch you got it, in other to overrule the initial decision

what do you specifically mean?i have been seeing your post and people's comments.if you are sure of the authenticity of the bank statement provided in ur application,do as @ziggy3579 has told you.

They told me she is going to contact her account officer today but I got just fifteen days to get this resolved and I'm thinking of using another statement of using my personal account statement and backing it up with some landed properties document worth more than four million but my problem now is the fastest way to represent these documens within the given time.

Just go to ur bank and request for a new statement of acct, from the date appearing on the previous one till now(ur previous 6months and the few months after u printed till now), just to be on a safer side annd to show the two are the same nd there's activities in d acct. Get a letter from the bank to stating the owner of the acct, when it was created on a letter head of the bank with signature and stamp of the bank

Thank you so much, didn't see this coming the statement from my sister is guenuie and was issued by fidelity bank but do not know if we can withdraw the amount and use her gtb to issue another statement

Simply ask your sister to confirm the statement since she is the owner and you guys believe it is genuine. A confirmation from the bank account manager would suffice for this.
