Having this issue then don't worry again. It has to do with emission issues. What your car is simplying tell you that there is a minor issue with the emission of your car. Here could be the possible culprits-:

Faulty plugs(check if the plugs are burning properly)
You can service the injector by engaging the services of a specialist-after that change the plugs and your car will be ok.
Air filter( Ask the mechanic to clean the filter)
Faulty Coil(Check if your coil is burning properly) A reset code might be needed
Corroded Exhaust Pipe(Please check if your back exhaust is corroded with rust & blocked. This could stop your car from emitting carbon monoxide well if the muffler is damaged or there is corrosion inside. Kindly shake it and listen properly.
