My boss have asked her employees to either take the corona vaccine or resign. I didn't but I don't want to resign either. I'm expecting to get sacked and take up a legal suit. I still need advice though.
Although it's your choice to either take the vaccine or not,taking up legal actions won't be beneficial to you. On what grounds do you want to sue her? She gave you a choice,and it's your decision to make. You suing her doesn't make any sense. If you do not want to follow the laid down rules and regulations,then she has a right to ask you to leave.
