Mrkelvyn08:Please when were you documentrily qualified? |
richhills:Ok. Thank you. |
richhills:Same here, I'm 40 days into my second 60 days letter. When were you Documentrily Qualified and what Visa category are you? |
rekeson:NVC is not incompetent, the required data for photographs to be uploaded is just 2 mb, so how do you think that your family photographs can be compressed to 2 mb? Let's get these things right. NVC do not require you upload your family photographs online because they only allocated 2 mb for the photographs. You can take the hard copies of your family photographs to your interview. |

Ifeanyichukwu42:You are correct. NVC do not require your family pictures when submitting your documents online. All they want to see, is the applicant's passport photographs. In the column for photographs, I uploaded two passport photographs and it was accepted. I am Documentarily Qualified. Writing from experience, not hearsay. |
Duuzsz:Finally, great news. |
fendorf:Thank you very much. |
fendorf:Please guys, can anyone explain how i can get my Police Clearance Certificate? How much does it cost? How do i go about it? Is it only issued at Alagbon? Please I need the information as soon as possible. |
princemeadow:Good development. I hope everything settles, so they can continue with interviews at various consulates. |
YOMZE:Good to know we are in the same category. My sponsor said we will start the process after the pandemic. We will keep ourselves updated. |
Duuzsz:F1 category and you? |
Duuzsz:Yes it was approved then. We hope everything comes back to normal again. Thank you. |
Duuzsz:OK, that's cool. I don't get the approval you are talking about but the applicant contacted NVC via e-mail last month and they just back to him that all applications are pending for now due to COVID 19. Priorities Date is April, 2014. So which one is the case approval you ask of? |
My PD is April 2014 and I'm yet to get any letter from NVC. Please how do i go about it? Did you get yours before the lockdown? Duuzsz: |

coolebux:Pls let's stop blaming the Federal government for lack of patronage of IVM cars. I can remember vividly that Abia State government, just last week, bought and presented over 10 Korean made Kia SUVs to judges in the state. My question is why can't our state governments especially our Eastern brothers patronise Innoson Cars rather than importing foreign cars? So, the problem is not the FG, you should rather blame the governors especially the one promoting made in Aba goods while he goes to import Korean cars leaving Innoson to suffer. |
Hello VO I was denied an F1 student visa in June 2017, even though I was able to demonstrate during the interview that I was a genuine student willing to return at the end of my studies. I stated clearly in the DS-160 form that I have a pending Family Sponsored F1 petition which was filed by my mother in 2014. But I noticed that during the interview, the VO asked about my family and I told him that my parents and two siblings live in the US and they are all US citizens, that I am only going for my studies and I do not intend to immigrate illegally to the US. Please, is it a red flag if an F1 student visa applicant has a pending immigration petition and relatives in the US because I was surprised when the VO kept asking me why I have so many of my family members in the US? |
I know if this girl were to be in thThe US she'd have been given a huge endorsement deal due to her recent popularity caused by hypocrites Even lesbians and bisexuals on nairaland just dey criticize her. Everyone should mark these words, before 2025 gays will be accepted by the Nigerian government, maybe not the the society tho, but what does the society matter in Nigeria when they are constantly ffucked by the government. If child marriage is promoted by top government officials na gay right dem no go endorse? Just wait until it will involve the offspring of a top government official or even a condition for granting the borrow borrow country a loan. Oga if same sex marriage is legalized in Nigeria today who will now give birth to children or rather if our parents were gay how would they have given birth to us. We should all stand up and condemn this obnoxious act beacuse it will in no way help us as a people or society. |

Otti all the way...Justice for Abia |
kingofabia Argument ongoing on the viability of Alex Otti's cross appeal. Registrar blamed for making a mistake in the numbering..............How come you forgot this part The guy is being partial in his reporting, does he think he's the only one here in the Supreme Court room? |
Bigchief46 Court has just refused to allow Alex Otti's Lawyer, Olujimi, SAN to regularize the Cross Appeal for now and has instead instructed Chief Wole Olanipekun to argue his Appeal. Olanipekun is now identifying his Brief of Argument. He adopts his Brief and urges the Court to allow the Appeal. He is now adumbrating orally & the CJN says they will only give 5 minutes as they have already read the Briefs. Olanipekun starts and says he formulated ten issues. The submissions are ongoing now. The regularisation you are talking about is the numbering in the cross appeal of which the mistake emanated from the court registrar. Pls be straightforward and report exactly what it is and stop confusing people. Thank u |
Desperate politician? A man whose mandate was stolen follows due process to get it back and you call that desperation? Well ur right I think we need more of those. Even if you are Ngwa, do you really want to tell me that those 3 local government areas were not rigged? I live in Obingwa for crying out loud.. You are not allowed to vote if you are gonna vote Otti.. Well I don't really care who wins but it's only a heartless fellow that will say that OVI won. Thank you my brother, I hate when people are being sentimental about an issue that is obvious to even a 2yr old baby |
Make una speculate finish, Okezie Ikpeazu is the man i stand for, whether he loses or wins, but am so must positive, that he wil win, Supreme Court never fail to pronounce good judgment, Soon Alex will be probed by Mr buhari, in his involvement in distribution of cash to corrupt Nigerian, wen he was a bank Manger mark my words. You need to stop being silly, how did Otti distribute fund to corrupt Nigerians? Was Otti not the MD of Diamond bank? Do State governors not collect loan from banks?Do u want to tell me that a bank MD does not have d right to give loan to governors? Are banks not there to do business? Is the MD of a bank responsible for what the governors use the loan for? Did Ikpeazu not collect loan from bank when he assumed office? Mr man stop accusing people falsely ok. |

550k deal? |
Ponponkon So we should ignore facts and chase shadows simply because he is PDP lawyer? The sun set yesterday on Peoples Democratic Party's (PDP) Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, as he was sacked as Osun State governor by the Court of Appeal The Justice Clara Binta Ogunbiyi-led five-man appeal tribunal, in a unanimous decision on the appeal filed by Rauf Aregbesola, the Action Congress candidate in the contentious April 14, 2007 governorship election, nullified Oyinlola's election and ordered that the appellant be sworn in as the duly elected winner of the poll. The court verdict was greeted with wild jubilation by the teeming ACN supporters in court and the news sparked off excitement as it filtered into the state and Ibadan, seat of the court. The court cancelled elections in 10 of the 30 local governments in the state, where the AC candidate alleged there were over-voting, ballot stuffing and failure to announce the results at polling centres, among other electoral irregularities, as well as intimidation of the voters by the thugs sponsored by the Oyinlola-led PDP. It held that Aregbesola won the majority votes in the remaining 20 council areas after doing the tally of the ballots in these areas. Specifically, the five wise men said the ACN candidate scored 198, 799 votes, as against Oyinlola's 172,880. They therefore, ordered that the Certificate of Return issued Oyinlola by the Independent National Electoral Commission in 2007 be withdrawn and given to Aregbesola, who they declared had satisfied Section 179 (2a and b) and 147 of the Electoral Act. In the four-hour 37-minutes judgment read by Justice Ogunbiyi, and supported to by Justices M. L. Garba, P.A. Galinge, C. C Nweze, and A. Jauro, the court chided the lower tribunal for validating the election of Oyinlola, despite the avalanche of substantial evidence and exhibits presented by Aregbesola's counsel, saying that it failed to evaluate the preponderance of evidence adduced, thereby displaying jaundiced view on the whole matter. |
