D fones got issues, handled one today, UI not fluid, and it struggles with heavy loading and Big HD games

Going through every single page on this thread have been rather frustrating and confusing to me, d chinese feel of d UI, nd all dat, wanna get a fone for ma junior broda, have totally rulled out d A+, so am inbetween d e3 and d samsung galaxy core nd I have a budget of 35k. I love d e3 for its larger screen and internal memory as compared to d galaxy core, but I hav got no idea on cwm, custom roms, rooting and all that, I just need advice on which to buy, juat want ma lil bro to have a premium feel of a smart phone without probs.
