I find it very amusing... when the team wins, it is the players, when they lose it is EV.

The players on the field have to take responsibility.
They have to know what is required in the moment and do it, without even needing to be told.
Liverpool just "bullied" and "overpowered" them, plain and simple. No special tactics, no special formula. Barca players needed to grow a pair of balls and man up to the physicality of the game... they did not!

Most Liverpool threat comes from Alba wing because Coutinho is not very strong. Vidal will really 'upset' their rhythm there. Semedo and Roberto together are formidable both in defense and attack!

I don't think Barca played poorly. They had a tactics and they implemented it to perfection. No matter what your tactics are in a two-legged affair such as this, you don't want your opponent to score in ur home. That was the main target. We'll be fools to imagine Liverpool does not have the firepower to score and they have only lost a game all season. They must be doing alot of things right.

I am not being over-confident or saying Liverpool do not have firepower, but the Barca players equally know what is at stake (especially after the debacle in Rome) and for some reason, the abilties of LFC is being grossly overrated...

As much as I want Barcelona to win, this game should teach some of you to humble yourselves, I remember saying Liverpool were no pushovers but some of you here just analyze football like kids.

Barcelona rode their luck on this one. The defending is not convincing. Vidal appears a bit more effective on the Alba flank. Roberto should play more in midfield.
