Guys let's calm. @seller: The customer is always right, that's a golden rule. Though you have been doing business this way for a long time and it works for you as you said, I believe you can make an exception for people that prefer to see the price. @customer: We all are one, let's show love to another. You can pass your message in a more subtle and gently way, let love reign in our lives. |
Just reconfirmed, it is what you say it is. Sorry for the misinformation. Nice ride though but pricey. |
Guys well said. Everyone has his opinion and that's what makes life so interesting. I have driven both cars and they are fantastic but here as my observations comparing both cars (2003): 1) EOD is more sportier than Camry. 2) Camry's fuel economy is slightly better than EOD. 3) In Design (interior and exterior) and accessories EOD is better than Camry. 4) In terms of cost of maintenance Camry is less expensive to maintain. EOD models are more selective when it comes to parts. 5) Safety wise EOD is a safer car compare to the Camry. 6) Both cars are reliable, Camry of old edges EOD but surprisingly newer model of EOD (DC '07) edges out the newer model of Camry ('07). Toyota's bulletproof reputation slipped especially due to safety recalls between 2005 and 2006 7) In terms of resale value Toyota is better, especially in Nigeria. Frankly speaking both cars are awesome in their own rights but I as a petrol head that I am I prefer the EOD to the Camry. By God's grace I have owned a '06 V6 Accord and '08 V6 Accord respectively, overall ratings with Camry's of the same year shows that the Accord is better. As the guys stated above get the OBD tool and scan or get experienced hands like Genuine Honda to check it out. I also advice you check if your timing belt is intact. I had a similar incident with my V6 2006 Accord after which I sold it. I noticed the battery light was blinking and the steering was stiff after driving for a while. I switched off the car, started it and drove for about 5mins, after that the car went off and did not start after several attempts. My mechanic after thorough diagnosis told me fan belt and timing belt were cut and damaged, also my valves (about 20) were faulty and needed to be replaced or regrinded, can't remember which. It cost me about 90k to fix. The car was never the same to me, I sold lt last year January (the new owner is enjoying it) and bought the '08 accord V6. Your case might not be the same as mine, take heart and good luck. |

The pictures of the BMW above is not for 2012 model but for 2006 model or some years earlier, please take note. |
Guys, this ride is 4 cylinder turbo charged. For more info visit the link below: http://usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/cars-trucks/Kia_Optima/2015/ As for comparism with the 2015 camry it is no match. The new design ('012 - '015) Camry is by far better than the previous design ('07-'011). Use the link below for comparism. http://usnews.rankingsandreviews.com/cars-trucks/Toyota_Camry/2011/ Nice ride @ '015 Optima. |
Dear Sir, Kindly send me the details of vehicle with VIN: 1HGCP36768A802526 to ruudneo@yahoo.co.uk Thanks |
TRUCKPLACE:You better do, else the car will be around for a while. If it were V6 I would be seriously interested. |
Chief N2.8m is the price for a full option '09 V6 Accord (American spec), drop your price to something reasonable. |
Carbaby007:Your accord looks good, just like the Acura TL. Your ride will be just fine with me if you will sell. Though I am interested in the Acura but I and you can still be happy. Let me have your number if you are game. My email is ruudneo@yahoo.co.uk, hola. |
The car looks cool, can I have your pin or email let's relate in camera? Thanks |
Guys let's all be real. N1.3m may seem high but consider the fact that it was bought brand new. 80% or more of tokunbo cars from abroad on Naija road are accidented. Check online for a grade one DOC that's not accidented and you will be surprised to see that one cannot be got for N1.5m. N1.7m-N1.9m is what a full option '07 v6 DOC goes for. Cut the owner some slack, if you have the money to pay for it I will advise you do so, negotiating is allowed though. |
Please send more pics to ruudneo@yahoo.co.uk |

Hello, Please may I have the details of a 2008 Honda Accord, the VIN number is JHMCP26428C008379. Thanks in anticipation of your reply. Bassey |
I will advice you to get an mp3 player and use it instead of replacing your stereo/CD player (blw N3500 - N1000). A new CD/stereo player goes for $550-$600 (from US), i declined getting it because of the high cost and bought the mp3 player, it works nicely for me. |
Hello, Please send the reports for the vehicles with the pins stated below to ruudneo@yahoo.co.uk: 1) 1HGCM66586A052620 and 2) WUWAK93C56P041085 Thanks in anticipation of your reply, God bless. |
May I have the VIN number, you can send it and other necessary details to ruudneo@yahoo.co.uk. |
VIN number please, also were is the location of the car, need to know for inspection. |
It's too expensive for a Naija used Camry, I am not trying to spoil your market but be conscious of what the price of your model goes for in the market. For N2.9m I can get a grade A 2009 full option from US. |
Why should i call to get a simple info like VIN when you can paste it for the world to see? Honestly i do not need your car, already have mine and it is way better than yours. It's an advice for you, that's if you want to reach out to potential customers like me that love transparency. Hate it or love it is the truth. |
My friend be transparent in your doings, learn to satisfy your customers with the required information they need to make things a lot more easier for them and you. You may check out this link (https://www.nairaland.com/981988/2004-honda-accord-v6-tokunboh) and follow suit for the same model of Honda Accord you are advertising. The difference is that it's full option with a V6 engine, looks better than yours, has VIN displayed and is cheaper than yours by N150,000. I think you need to have a rethink if you want to sell your adverised 2004 Honda Accord. |
The time is coming to buy rides like this one, nice one. ![]() |
Mehn this ride is a lovely beast. For now if buy and drive this one to work i am done, but the time will surely come ![]() |
If i were not serious i would not have got in touch with you, i have made arrangements for an American spec 2007 Honda Accord V6 full option (87,000 miles). Your conditions then about releasing the VIN didn't show enough transparency, i believe if the car has no issues it should be displayed for potential buyers to know what they want to invest their money on. What made us not to do business was N50,000, i cannot travel from PH to Lagos when i do not have much info on a ride to buy. At times in life you just have to make sacrifices to get things done. You should have sold it if you received offers more than what i offered. that's life. I am surprised you broke your rule of displaying your price . There's always a first time for everything. Anyway I wish you the best in your endeavours. |
Money is not easy to come by these days. I offered you 1.4m two months ago then the ride was cheaper than 1.55m (we know how much it was then) but you were ready to do business with someone that offered slightly higher than i did. By now it should have been in my custody, but no hard feelings, you have a right to sell the car at a price that's okay with you. |
I thought by now this ride must have been sold. Anyway it remains a good ride, the buyer will surely enjoy it. |
Maybe he has not sold it. |
Guy, i mean no disrespect neither am i trying to spoil your market but be reasonable and put a good price. For slightly less than 2.1m a buyer will get an american spec V6 full option 2006 Toyota Camry. Check out other people's prices on Nairaland and on other sites before you fix a price for your 2003 Toyota Camry. Let me help you out a bit: 1) 2004 Toyota Camry (N1.4m), view using this link http://www./for-sale/2004-toyota-camry-lagos-nigeria-a16981.html 2) 2003 Toyota Camry (N1.7m), view using this link https://www.nairaland.com/904547/clean-tokunbo-2003-toyota-camry 3) 2003 Toyota Camry (N1.4m), view using this link http://www.tradestable.com.ng/rivers/cars/Clean_camry_23390.htm These are just a few of the thousands out there, truth is they look better than yours. Please take this as an advice. |
