Yes usually the apartments are for per month basis, but if a person is visiting for just short stay like two weeks or one week other arrangements can be made for such to reduce the price so that it won’t be as high as someone who wants to stay in a furnished space for a month.

Are you traveling soon to Rwanda or coming over for a short vacation,maybe 2-3 weeks long.

Looking To stay for 3 or more months

Then renting a apartment either furnished or unfurnished might be a good idea,hotels maybe more expensive…

However rents in Kigali isn’t exactly cheap either,but still decent
For your Rwandan vacations ,travel and tour housing need

There are furnished one bedroom apartments available for 200-250$ with everything you need,Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine,e.t.c

If you need a larger space,that can be arranged as well

All furnished and unfurnished apartments are in the city .

If coming on a visit cool. If relocating no no. If coming for education yes. If planing to see your online boyfriend no no no. You could be scammed drugged and rapped by some crime syndicates you probably met online. If you have a trusted friend or relatives you have physically met before, then coming may be safe for you but not safe if you want to meet an online friend you probably would be seeing for the first time.
