REGARDING APPLYING FOR MASTERS/PHD STUDIES IN AUSTRALIA

Hi everyone, I have an urgent need of some information. Any information will be highly appreciated.
1. What is(are) the available reliable agencies available to apply for studies in Australia in Nigeria.

2. What are the list of basic procedures and requirements(materials/documents/Fees) to prepare for in order to apply for PHD studies in Australia.

3. What are the best schools available that has a higher acceptance rate that can also provide PR opportunities afterwards.

Hi everyone...I'm new here and need advice urgently. I recently graduated from my masters degree study in computer science and technology in China this year and I'm trying to apply to study in Australia. I was informed by one agency in Nigeria that I only have the option of doing a PhD available to me (that I won't be able to get any other masters study opportunities). Does anyone know if this information is true and also if I'm to go through the PhD route, how am I supposed to do that? Do I have to get a supervisor first before applying to any school? Please I'll be grateful for any little help I can get here...Thanks
