I only fear desperate parents that would go extra mile to manipulate their child age 15,16,17 go turn 18 with with just another falsified birth certificate.
I doubt this new law would work.
Nigerians are experts in age falsification.

With NIN, that can be checkmated but my cross with this is these elites will send there 14/15 children abroad to study in universities.
What have they (FG et al) provided for skills acquisition.
17 years will be better...
