skiguy123:Can you expatiate on the "salary is performance based"? Does that mean it is a target oriented job? Meaning if you don't meet targets you can't get up to 50K or 75K permonth? What if one exceeded target, should it be target-based job, what's in for such a person? ![]() |
Echelle, have you heard from them since the interview? |
I know this feeling...believe me! There are times you are so desperate about getting a job; when you finally land one but in a wrong organization with a Boss who feels he is a god, you'll just want to quit because the frustration might make you become so so unproductive and frustrating. It is very important one be very careful of some offers one accepts......, instead of encouraging you, some firms will end up discouraging you. Sometimes unprofessional relationship at places of work between Boss and an employee, empowering such employee to frustrate others out of work. so so annoying ! |
sabichele:Shortly, just after i sent the above quoted message, i got a scam alert from them again "sequel to your response to our advert on nairaland this morning, you are invited for a job briefing with M.D by 12.00PM 8th December, 2016 at 82, Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja". Wetin i go do these people again naaa so that them go leave me alone? ![]() |
Don't send your cv to them. This is the famous 82, Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja the head quarters of scammers. Stay away from scam alert by not submitting your cv to them, else you'll become a victim like me. They change names every now and then. |
I hope to hear from them soon. |
Only God can make that possible. |

selch:HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I have die oooo ![]() |
There are but better ways to absorb tension at place of work than trading offensive words. Mind you, no one is indispensable to any organization as it is now. Your major challenge is "ego" ; which has killed so many a great career. There are officially polite ways to say someone is a daft than to be very raw at it! Haba! The person was mandated and authorized by the management to review your "not-proveable solution" and you resorted to calling the management's representative daft in your report to that same management? Mehn! Your case strong! You can't experience a rosy moment all time long in any organization, but learn to enjoy and endure the thin and the fat moments while they last. Perhaps, i personally think you would be better off on your own because, even if you get another job, what makes you think similar incidence won't happen? |
