The different TS dates for trainees, no doubt, will put to rest a lot of tension.Congrats to you all TS guys.I had said earlier in my post,that is the way to go.

For the AC hopefuls,is there anyone in the house who knows when AC hopefuls will be called?.I think if AC hopefuls can have their dates sent to them the way done for TS guys,it will as well go along way in easing tension for AC hopefuls too.Am sure a lot AC awaitees will be getting disillusioned by now.

Relatedly also,regret mails to those who have not made it at whatever stage will ease tension too,as such persons will move on with peace of mind,instead of waiting endlessly,and not sure of what will eventually happen.

Please,FBN HRs viewing this thread,kindly do something to ease tension for AC guys.Reason being that:
(1)It will ease tension.(2)It will give those coming from outside Lagos ample time to prepare financially.(3)It will put FBN as an organization in a good light,as being humane.etc.

If there is any organization I have always prayed to work in,it is FBN.FBN, please don't dash that hope and dream.

Abeg FBN HR if una dey read dis nah postrate i dey... give us opportunity to showcase our own talent for AC also....

Well i dont want to sound like a pessimist, but the likelihood of an AC is next to nothing, when they are busy with TS, some of us are still waiting for AC i also havent done my own AC. but I hope am totally wrong sha. Meanwhile try searching for other opportunities!!! my own opinion oooo, apologies if it offends anyone.

Well am not saying what he did was good, actually it is unethical and disappointing (Defrauding) becos u are in no way better than the organization u are castigating but i tend to agree with him on the part of being a so called "contract staff" if u have experienced being a contract staff in "majority" of Nigeria organizations u would know that the way they are being treat is totally bad and most of the time appauling, they would promise u increment or conversion till ur work ur whole life for them what u get are unfulfiled promises (speaking from pple's experience) its so unfortunate that the unemployment situation in this country has made Graduates settle for renumeration packages that arent supposed to be offered to a school cert holder "in an ideal society" but man must eat. Well i dont knw anytin about Firstbank contract package but i believe it will be better off my other coys

I know a graduate who is a contract staff in one of these telco's that earns less than 40k, does that make any sense, this person is not a cleaner ooo but works behind a system for 9hours!!! Well on an wholistic level i dont really blame these coys, at least you cant give what you dont have (i.e trying to cut cost) and for those of them that can afford it and still decide to underpay staff (shame on them), who i really blame is our government, labour laws and the bloody situation we find our economy if things were actually working well (for instance Power) majority of us wont experience employment issues. Nigeria is the most populous black nation, so many investment opportunities but we all knw what is going on... anyway if you are fortunate to be employed by these big coy that seldom deals with contract staff be thankful to ur GOD.

Personally, i believe the info she gave is more than useful, because she gave info on an holistic level which for me would do more good than those specific questions that may be changed during ur own AC but maybe some individuals we actually expecting her to spill the specific questions that were asked (individual difference) which ins't bad, but the funniest part is those guyz handling that AC arent dummies there is a huge possibility they would change the questions, the compentency questions might be the same, who knows? but am very sure they would change the group topic, infact if she tells u the specific compentency questions asked, if u would fail u would still fail, that is why it is called a compentency based question no specific way to answer it simply depends on your intelligence and experience (or maybe if u can lie well sha).

Next time @scented maybe u could have eased up a bit on tackling "Nigerians that hoard info" mayb some pple wouldnt have tackled u dis much, but for me i believe u have done well and may the good LORD crown ur efforts with good success and to every other person that have deem it fit to share one or two info (expos) at least una expo dey make me dey gada confidence small small GOD bless y'all, at least una try out of all the thousands wey don do the AC una don con tell us as e dey be...kudos to u guyz...
