The cost below shows the Material Schedule and Labour Rate that i spent last on the septic tank and soak away of a project i completed last year at Omole Phase 1 Estate.

Septic tank excavated dimension: 3m x 3m x 3.6m deep
Soak away excavated dimension: 1.8m x 1.8m x 1.8 deep

Note: The septic tank has columns at the four corners and also cross beams was introduced across the suspended slab because cars will drive on top of the soak-away. Also cost does not include internal plastering of the septic tank.

Labour Excavation: 40,000 (The soil terrain in very solid and some part seems rocky a little bit, the excavated materials were also transported to a required point of use)

But only 9" was used for the Foundation.

You calculated for concrete and cement here, what about the calculations for the sand and granite?

NB: I checked online now and found out that some are giving the density of one portland cement as 1440kg/m3, not 1506. Please clarify.
