You should not be saying if you do not win it. People supporting you means a lot, so always remain positive in mind. Moreso, this is an online community and many who might want to recommend or support you might think you are not yet 'ready' with such a statement. There are things to keep in mind and things to say out. I don't know but I just feel I should tell you this.
Thanks for this

Cycling is an awesome way to keeps the body strong and fit, at the same time people should do cycling in a certain duration and better to avoid for long distances.
True.

The ChatGPT critique is whatever — the personal experience part is what counts. Sleeping better and breathing easier after two weeks on a bike is a real result, not placebo.

The cardio adaptation happens fast when you start from a sedentary baseline — the body responds quickly early on. And cycling in Nigerian conditions specifically — uneven roads, constant traffic navigation — the balance work and reaction time are honestly underrated benefits that don't make these generic lists.

The real test is getting past week 3-4 when the novelty drops. What distance are you covering per session currently?
Say 2km a day

As a public school teacher serving in an underserved community, having a laptop will greatly improve both my teaching effectiveness and my students’ learning experience. My school has limited access to modern educational resources, in fact we don't have a computer at all. So a laptop would help me bridge that gap by allowing me to prepare quality lesson notes, create engaging presentations, conduct research, and access up-to-date teaching materials online. It would also help me keep proper student records, prepare assessments more efficiently, and introduce learners to digital learning opportunities that they may not otherwise experience.

For my learners, the laptop will make lessons more interactive and practical. I will be able to use educational videos, online resources, and digital teaching tools to simplify difficult topics and improve understanding. This exposure to technology will also help students develop basic digital literacy skills that are increasingly important in today’s world.

The laptop will support my continuous development as an educator. I will be able to attend online training, workshops, webinars, and certification courses that will improve my teaching methods and professional competence. It will also help me collaborate with other educators and access educational platforms that promote innovative teaching practices.

In addition, I plan to use the laptop for online tutoring as a side hustle. Through virtual tutoring, I can teach students outside my immediate environment, earn additional income to support myself and my family, and further expand access to quality education for learners who need academic support. The laptop will therefore not only strengthen my classroom teaching but also create opportunities for personal growth, financial stability, and wider educational impact in my community.

I empathize with you so I'll tell you this for free, efficiency has always been a problem with Nigeria. This occurs in both the public and private sectors. Excellence isn't our goal, this culture often leads to poor performances in key operations.

Imagine same problems every year with no solution in sight.

It's sad to ask but what really works in this country?

The global war that have been going on for years is it only Nigeria that's affected?

Average daily minimum wage in Ghana is 21GHC but barbing alone on average saloon is 50GHC. Average restaurant with decent meal, you will have 150GHC
Inflation in Ghana is 3.2% while Nigeria just jumped to 15%

Stay calm

PoliticsRe: Service Charge: How FG Squeezes Masses To Fund Bureaucracy, Inefficiency by SafariHunter(m): 2:19pm On Apr 10
Timmi:
What you need to realize is that the fees are not generating revenue for the government. The government has been subsidizing for the provision of these services. The fee is actually meant to cover the actual cost of the service. For instance, the cost of issuing international passport is to be paid by the person needing the passport without the government subsidizing the cost. And it's only the person needing the passport that pays the fees. This is the norm in other civilized countries - USA, UK, Canada, etc.
How much is minimum wage in USA, UK,Canada etc?

Same thing the Edo state governor just said a few days back.
Guess nobody wants to die for this country. The country favors the elites and their sycophants. The common man is inconsequential to them. Nobody wants to die for a country that doesn't serve the common man's interests, it's only logical.

No jokes but the growing apathy to serve in the military is something that should call for concern.
We have to hold our leaders accountable for their actions. Stop all this "on your mandate" trash and begin to think beyond tribe and religious affiliation.

Is Nigeria doing good?
