Ukraine on the ground intelligence on Russia is very strong, but in this war .. the US uses it's geo positioning satellites scattered all around orbit to do the image mapping which helps it's to generate coordinate for potential vital strikes by the Ukrainian troops.. it also uses them to monitor movement of troops and equipment...

These are hard stuffs for Ukraine to do.. also Ukraine will easily replace starlink which does a vital but very replaceable job on internet access of deep deep areas of the war ... A french internet satellites coy alhas already indicated interest to replace starlink

France also has Geo Positioning Satellites.
