Medics07: What do you intend to do with your DVM certificate?I'm presently a first year vet student, thinking of writing JAMB again for MBBS, but if God have me continue, what can I venture into? Are you a vet? What are you doing presently? Would you advise one to study the course?

Vet Medicine is a promising profession in Nigeria. Like any other profession, you see many people making it as a vet & you also see many not better for it. If you know your onions well, establishing your private practice can be a gold mine. My advice is that if you want to stay put in the profession, try and acquaint yourself with a vet who is making it in the practice you so desired. Govt jobs are also there for you to pick up. I remembered that I was living like a king when I served in a state in the south-south courtesy of my large clientele I was serving then. Pls do follow your mind. I could remember a colleague of mine who left vet school @ 300 level to study Medicine, but I can say with all humility that he his still trying to get his feet firm.

I believe NAFDAC is not as active as it was under Prof Akunyili, but we should not say this is because a medical doctor cum pharmacologist is d linchpin of the organisation. I strongly perceive that this current lull is because the Oga @ the top in Aso Rock priority is not on how 2 cure Nigeria of its corrupt tendencies but to scheme right from inception of the current term on ways of coming aboard for the 2nd time. Please also bear in mind that we currently have a tribalised Doctor as the Chief pilot of this nation as noting evil can be perpetrated by the people of the East & South-south who are by all standard the major peddlers of the so called fake drugs.


PS: Another motivation for Dora back then in the fight against drug counterfeiting, was that, she lost her sister to complications from adverse reaction to some fake drugs used on her.

I believe building a new auditorium is a misplaced priority for the RCCG. Here are some submissions:

1. According to Matthew 14:13-21, Mark 6:31-44, Luke 9:10-17 and John 6:5-15, Jesus did not at anytime contemplate providing any form of building nor auditoriums for the 5000 and 4000 multitudes who followed him to those remote locations but at all time he MADE SURE they never go hungary. Please are we now saying no member of RCCG is hungary as at the time the request for donation was made?

2. Again, are we saying anoiting or blessings from the GO cannot be received if not physically around him? Please let's call a spade a spade. Even at building the supposed auditorium, how many people who attend such convention would be able to see or hear the GO one on one. I bet majority of the people would be listening to him over Public address system as well as visualise him through video projections. Therefore, I see no why the convention can't be decentralised by having various parishes to hold the convention at their local churches with the GO himself broadcasting to them live via satellite or other technological means as technology is supposed to make life more bearable.

3. Our highly revered Daddy, Pastor Enoch Adeboye is a human that breathes in air and has blood flowing in him like every other human. He can also make mistakes like any other person. Kindly let's accept this fact.
