This is what sane Nigerians have been expecting of PDP since the Rivers crisis bagan but no, they were too afraid to confront Wike. It seems someone has removed the heavy log blocking their eyes from seeing and doing the thing.

Wike cannot eat his cake and have it, the constitution does not permit an individual to belong to two party, he should move to APC with his over bearing and watch PDP blossom without his constant tantrums.

Oshiomole constructed a road connecting my town igarra to Ososo passing through eight communities. The road is as good as when constructed till now. Many schools were reconstructed. Our general hospital was totally upgraded. Obaseki can't use few months deputy governor position without single development to decieve us with votes. We are enlighten people. which useless road? Which red roof schools without teachers? How many teachers did he employ in his eighth years of government? Obaseki has reconstructed more roads in Akoko-Edo than Oshiomole. Obaseki touched many communities while Oshiomole does nothing. Are you even aware that the lone road Oshiomole contested cost us pipe burn water? That the pipes where removed to give way to road expansion and were never replaced? Which major appointment came to Akoko-Edo under Oshiomole? Is it when he used and still using his federal power to keep the sanate, deputy governor, federal ministers and several federal appointments within the borders of Etsakor land?

Obaseki tared many inner township roads in Igarra, Enwan, Ibillo, Lampese, Ososo, Ikpeshi and many more communities. Enjoyed teachers in all the government schools because at point Saint Paul Anglican Grammar School Igarra had no single teacher for six years except the ones employed by the community associations. So keep that Oshiomole priases to yourself

Obaseki on the other hand has done more than enough for the local government and so they know where and who to go with come September.
Akerele has no clout and can't even deliver his ward one. The era of blind followership is far gone and forgotten. The same Taiwo that left his good position in the government of obaseki to continue to lick Oshiomoles assess? Please let's leave that empty talk and focus.

Engr. Fred Attah, a national leader of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) from Akoko-Edo, has defected to the APC.

He was welcomed by the Edo State APC leader, Distinguished Senator Adams Oshiomhole, and Hon. Peter Akpatason.

Joining him in this move are former PDP House of Assembly aspirant Emerson Bar Obade Festus, Barrister Jimoh, Hon. Roland, and several others.

The defectors cited the Governor Godwin Obaseki’s neglect of Akoko-Edo and his hijacking of the party from its original members as their reasons for leaving the PDP.

The defectors also criticised the governor for imposing a foreign candidate on the PDP, someone who, according to them, cannot speak his native language, implying a lack of connection and impact on the local community.

They expressed strong belief in the leadership qualities of the APC candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo, describing him as a “homeboy” who has significantly improved the lives of his people.

This confidence has led them to pledge their support to ensure Senator Okpebholo secures one hundred percent of Akoko-Edo votes.

The defectors promised to work closely with the APC leaders to achieve this goal, highlighting a significant shift in the political landscape of Akoko-Edo.



They also mentioned that more defections from the PDP to the APC are expected in the coming days, signaling growing momentum for the APC in Akoko Edo local government.

I'm from the South South which is not even the best way to describe a geographical location but let's leave that aside, Cross River is more Eastern then the Igbo states, can't you see it? Tinubu has never shown any resemblance of a good leader yet some set of dimwits lead my Yakubu the rogue imposed him on us.

The Emirates tussle has nothing to do with the federal government but Bulaba is doing everything withing his capacity to destabilise Kano, this has nothing to do with his tribe or Yoruba agenda. APC politics of bitterness is all I see playing out in Kano.

PDP will certainly win Edo South and Edo Central. You only need to get to Benin to see the hatred people have for the APC certainly because of their poor performance at the centre, you should know Edo South don't vote with sentiment like some people want you to believe. Whether obaseki has problem with the Oba or not the people will still vote their conscience.

Edo central will also be won by PDP based on so many factors in ground. Obaseki is not a gentle man and trust me he will fight dogedly to deliver for his candidate who in this case his a better option in every way.

APC will narrowly win Edo North because of the Etsakor vote but Akoko-Edo with the largest voters in Edo North and Owan will give PDP the required numbers.

Forget about the shenanigans resigning and making a mess of themselves up and down, Apc is not coming back to power in Edo state after their woeful performance at the centre. Edo people are known to have a mind of their own and same will apply here. There is not single political godfather in present Edo state the reason everyone vote their conscience.

As someone on ground in Edo state, there is no way Apc can win the election. Etsakor people are known tribalist and are doing everything to show their anger because of Oshiomole and Philip issue with Obaseki. Owan and Akoko-Edo will give the PDP their vote

A Facebook friend of mine once posted the pictures of him and his goons butchering chimpanzee for meat in Bayelsa, I immediately blocked him as I couldn't stand it. I've not gotten over the emotional damage that post cost me. They even roasted the poor ape before butchering it making the whole thing look like burnt human.

you are the ignoramus here, which major palm oil company operates in the whole of South East? Name one please. Meanwhile Edo land covers over 3 South East states put together if it's by land mass.
