i dont advice anyone who is really serious about fiverr, to use this approach. Because when its time for withdrawal or verification for security reasons. fiverr will always send text or call that number.

why not use a usa ip to register, then when its time for number verification, use Nigeria ip to login and use your nigeria number for verification. Your profile will still be showing USA
