This is a serious issue and their is a need for INEC to sanitize the voters register. I believe INEC tech. guys are conversant with tools and strategies they can employ to improve the quality of the register but do they have the will? are they guided by the ethics of their profession? Or are they subservient to dictators. Maybe the current state of the register tends to benefit someone because cost is not an issue here but lack of professionalism.
One thing is certain, its already too late to make any alterations on the current voters register. However work can be done towards improving the integrity of the voters register by 2023. But, I reemphasize , only if they have the will, moral and professional capacity.

The total voters in kastina alone can cancel out a couple of eastern states. PDP 's success will depend on the number of northern states they can split the vote and the west

This is what we should be worried about our NGOs are use as tools to emphasize tribalistic and religious difference.

I have always admired Abubakar Tafawa Balewa’s hand writing. ( the first Nigerian prime minister ). He always wrote his own speeches and memorized them and delivers not referring to the text. What I admire even beyond his handwriting is of course his thoughts and his oratory skills. Below is the second page of his 12 page handwritten speech he wrote and gave as a member of the colonial house of assembly in July 1950. It was on the need for local government reforms.
