Job Description: Content Creator/Social Media Manager

Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager / Content Creator to enhance our online presence and engage our audience across various platforms. This role involves developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop, write, and design engaging posts, graphics, and videos for social media channels.

Strategy Development: Create and execute social media strategies that align with our brand objectives and target audience.

Community Engagement: Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategies.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to inform content decisions.

Job requirements:
3+ years of work experience in social media and/or community engagement

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin) and their respective best practices, algorithms and trends.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g Hootsuite, Buffer, sprout social) for scheduling, analytics and engagement tracking

Proficiency in content creation tools (eg canvas, adobe creative suite etc)


Candidates with a solid understanding of financial markets will be preferred; however, strong content creation skills are highly valued, and we are open to providing training in financial concepts for those who excel in creative content development.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000/month
