The station manager Mr Festus okoh esene in ABC transport abuja is so disrespectful and does not show a good customer service. the way he talks to customers is very bad. I wonder how this well known company does not know that such insolence is not needed to break even.
my fellow nairalanders and Nigerians can share their experiences here , I like using ABC transport but his behaviours especially once you need excellent service he can not deliver.
