This guy scam me of 10k today which is for one of my brother to help him purchase cloths from his hand at cheap price. After I pay him then he block me off.

Sometimes last year out of my ignorance, I slept with a lady without using protection and later it come out that I contact an infection through her.
I went to the hospital for a test to see what exactly is wrong and when the lab result came out then well, it turns out to be staphylococcus aureous and immediately I paid for the treatment to commence.
After completing this treatment, I notice that after two week or third week then this infection came back with me feeling the urge to urinate quickly if I lie down and something moving around in my thigh to private part.
I went to the chemist to purchase drugs again and I explain everything to them well, I was told then that, after using some cleanser with the prescribed drugs the infection will leave which I use the drugs but to my surprise, the staph left and come back and due to the fact that I don't have any money again I move on with life due to ignorance as the infection disappear and reappear again later on.
Fast forward to 2021, I always notice that anytime I lie down I always have the urge to urinate quickly and with something moving in my upper thigh as I always feel discomfort before sleeping and along the line this infection will come and later resurface in my body again till now.
Of recent now, anytime I want to urinate well I always feel burn and after that it will subdue again.
I went to the hospital so as to conduct another test but the price is too high and we all know how everything is in the country
Please any Doctor in Ibadan that can help I am begging for solution as i dont have the amount that will cover the lab test and I have learn my lesson now in a very bitter way
I am going to post the lab test paper as proof since I can't pay them well I left with the paper yesterday.
On top of it is the fee they required for the lab test 26k without treatment.
