Why are you relocating when you job require you to work online?
There are good places in osogbo that has good electricity too. Osogbo is affordable compare to Abuja. Except if you any other reasons for moving to Abuja, I don't see it as a good move
After working, it would be nice to explore places with good development and better fun places during my spare time or weekend. Oshogbo no get am.

Kubwa and karu are OK.

Pls,avoid ushafa for now, especially if the place is not close to army barracks.

The kidnapping around that area is incomparable with any place in Abuja.
Thanks. Will have this at the back of my mind.

skultrick:
One bed in Karu is 600-800k
2 bed in Karu is 800-1.2m

Another area to try is ushafa, they also enjoy light well.

One bed in ushafa is 600-800k
2 bed in ushafa is 900-1.3m

If you don't mind distance, you can check bwari which is after ushafa.

1bed in bwari is 400-600
2 bed in beari is 800-1m

You also have lugbe which is a bit closer to town. There is one area called chika, there 1bed is around 600-900k.

Inside lugbe, 1bed is 600-1m, 2bed is 1.1 - 2.5m

The bottom line, if you will be leaving in the outskirts which includes karu, lugbe, kubwa, dutse, ushafa and co, just budget 600-900k for one bed and 900 to 1.2m for 2 bed. Also add agency, service charge and legal fee which ranges from 200-300k depending on the rent.
I’ve checked the distance on map and Karu site seems like a no brainer.

That's true though. A.Y A hold up can be annoying. I guess factors like if you are a 8-5 worker will influence your decision. If you work remotely or online and only need to be in town maybe 2 to 3 times a week that maraba side will be cheaper and ok. Then consider places like kurudu also
The light and security is important to me as well. I work online.

Why not consider abacha road side of maraba. The road is tarred, I don't know about light but it seems like a safe place based on the calibre of people living there.
Ok thanks. I’ll check that side out too. I’m just avoiding holdup and hence reluctant to go beyond Karu and down to Mararaba.

Your best bet is Becky estate, after city college or commissioner road behind city college. Light is top notch. Very secured you hardly hear about any stealing. If you are interested hit me up with what you want, I can get it for you
I think city college is close to Mararaba and far away or Am I wrong?

you could get up to 18hours on a good day, security, Abuja generally is safer than anywhere else in Nigeria.
Thanks for this. Is there any specific place you would recommend there?

Your budget, taste and way of life determines your choice.
I actually don’t know about the area that much. It’s just close to a landmark I like. But I want to know what the area is like.

Hey guys. Been thinking of getting a place in old Karu Abuja.

I don’t know if you guys can recommend some nice estates there and tell me if the place is worth moving to.

That Karu site and the likes. I’m particular about light and security. Some agents are claiming very good light
RomanceThe Love Of Her Life by Saintwrite(op): 11:02am On May 10, 2020
This must be a divine intervention.

Lying down with Benita on her bed, Benita narrated how they first met. Their meeting wasn't really significant but she still remembers that day vividly.

Probably because it was on that day that she checked her MTH301 score. She scored 75 overall. It was an A.

Her first A in her 300l. She was too happy. Her joy couldn't contain it and while she was running and screaming for her friend Joy to come over, she bumped into him.

She almost fell but he grabbed her. Apologized and gave her his usual charming smile.

She remembers that smile everyday. It seemed just like yesterday.

After he smiled, he asked her if she was hurt and apologized again. They parted ways but somehow, nature wanted them to meet again.

2 weeks after their first encounter, they met again. Under different circumstances. This time around, she was in a bus where she misplaced her purse. It was her turn to pay and despite searching frantically, she couldn't find her purse.

She was on the verge of being disgraced by the angry bus driver before a deep but clear voice from the back asked the driver to let her be promising to pay for her.

She turned around gratefully and behold it was Mathew. The guy she bumped into. He was looking as dashing as ever. For a moment, she couldnt utter the word 'thank you' but focused on his looks. In her words, he looked like a model.

She thanked him. They alighted at the same junction and started talking. One thing led to another and they exchanged contacts and eventually started dating.

This happened three years ago and their love is still as strong ever.

They've graduated and about to round off their service. Like Benita will always say;

"Mathew has always been a sweetheart. There's never been a day I regretted dating him or even thought of breaking up. It's been rosy all along. We do argue, but we don't fight. And if we argue, we settle it that same day. Mathew is just God sent to me. There must have been a divine intervention somewhere."

I couldn't believe less. I felt it too. There must have been a certain connection between these two. They were more than soulmates. They have become one. They understand each other too well.

Truly, there was a divine intervention.

Okoli Saint. Lover of fried chicken.

RomanceDo This To Safe Your Relationship by Saintwrite(op): 1:10pm On May 05, 2020
Lots of relationships are on the verge of a breakdown.

Many persons are confused how they even got to this stage. They feel it's a mistake from their partner. They feel their partner should be ones apologizing.

Well, it might be true that your partner wronged you. But you should do this before this relationship fall apart.

1. Check if the both of you are compatible. Check if you still want the relationship.
2. If you still do, own up to the fault and apologize. It might sound crazy, but it will save your relationship.
3. Do what will make him/her happy. Let your partner be in a good mood.
4. Be sure they are in a gold mood.
5. Then jokingly explain his/her fault so they can hear you and understand.
6. Since they are in a good mood, you will just laugh over it and correction will be taken.

I hope this helps.
