Basalt come and see the problem you just caused.
Someone booked under category B on 7th May, then after this category argument and calls, he canceled his appointment in category B and booked a fresh one under category A.
Then on getting to this place and seeing Basalt posts, he cancelled the category A booking and went back and booked under category B now he sent me private message asking me that he is contemplating booking canceling again and booking category A cheesy.
Abeg make una die this matter na. Some people dey in hot soup already

Please ma can you please share you experience so that we can all learn from it
abi ...cuz nobody else has such experience. I've not heard of anyone that went for interview under this new system or under category A. This is why I concluded she must be a VO or the PA to the German ambassador. This is the hour of enlightenment.

cheesy This one na Visa officer oo. I sincerely apologize Ma. I'll cancel just now. Worst case... We can all blame the receptionist for this error, perhaps we can escape the wrath of Ruth1983

ruth1983:
So, please do not cancel your visa appointment request if you have booked in category B for category A UNLESS you have a SCHOLARSHIP. I am stating this from experience and AUTHORITATIVELY. That is all I can say and cannot say anymore. I REPEAT DO NOT CANCEL. Those that have ear let them hear. The lady with the instruction purportedly from the embassy is a receptionist moreso, have you considered the fact that those who have started this rumour of cancellation might have booked late and started it to get people cancel stuff so as to push their application forward ahead of those who booked before them?

I repeat those that have ear let them hear and no further comment from me.
Even those that said we should book Cat A spoke authoritatively too. grin

If u can't give full info, share the stale advise with your friends, don't come and add to people tension.
U were active after 2 hours of your post and have seen all the concerns ur post have raised.

My brother sorry to sound blunt, but please what do you do with your time that you find it very difficult to read something that was just discussed two or three days ago here. All this questions you are asking have been discussed extensively with wonderful cost effective solutions.

When we say read, it's actually for your own benefit but unfortunately it's usually on deaf ears. You have something very important you are following up and you can't make out time to read up and do some research about it. If you cannot do little research as this am sorry to say you will fail woefully in Germany.

Unfortunately you have made yourself vulnerable by placing your contact here publicly. Awon scammers and 19boys will soon be at your doorstep Lol..... Expect them soon. All the very best

You have been dishing facts upon facts all day man!

In Nigeria, they treat Okada riders and bus drivers with disdain. Same people tell drivers abroad “thank you” as acts of courtesy but sometimes these racist drivers don’t respond and the Naija hypocrites move on as tho “maybe the driver didn’t hear me”.

I’ve always respected and treated all menial workers in Nigeria with optimal respect unlike most Nigerians as pointed out. Some of these people antagonising your posts here may not respond to the greeting of a LAWMA neighbour in public on their way to work when they are with their colleagues because they don’t want people on the Island to know how they are connected to a LAWMA cleaner. Hypocrites!

Ride on bro, keep spilling facts!

austyne22ex:
I met the love of my life in 2006( I was 14), we were having Teenagers week in my church and her church teenage group was invited to do a song as well as participate in the bible quiz competition, The moment I saw her, I fell in love with her...I was to recite a poem in the course of the program and I did it in the best possible way to impress her...I also took part in the bible quiz competition and was given the award of the best participant...we were later asked to talk with them (the invitees) and thank them for honoring our invitation to the program and I got the opportunity to ask her name and what school she was attending, class, house address and other stuffs...we didn't have a phone then so we didn't exchange numbers...but anytime we were having church programs, she usually come around and I do same (mind u, we weren't dating, just friends)...At some point, we didn't get to see each other for almost a year or thereabout until the day I wrote my Jamb exam, I submitted before other candidates and while I was stepping out of the hall, I heard someone call my name silently, I looked back and it was her, I then signaled to her that I would wait for her outside, when she was done, she came to meet me and we talked about the exam and other random stuffs and exchanged contacts...we then started talking on the phone daily and we barely slept at night cus of free night calls back then...Jamb result came out, I passed but she didn't, I did my post Jamb and passed as well and I gained admission to study civil engineering in Uniben...Before I left for school, I officially asked her out and we started dating, the following year, she also got admitted to Uniben to study Microbiology and the relationship continued...we both graduated and went for service at the same time, I was posted to Abuja and she was posted to Calabar, we tried to maintain the relationship though we didn't get to see throughout our service year... service ended and I decided to stay back in Abuja while she traveled back to Benin to set up a little business for herself (we are both from Benin and we grew up there)...Its been two years and I am out here trying to put things in place but I can see that we are drifting apart already and everything is fading away cus we barely get to see and her clock is ticking real fast with countless admirers on her matter cus she is very pretty...

Osarugue, U have been good to me, U are one of a kind, the last of a dying breed, ur likes are going into extinctions...all I see around me are slay queens and Instagram mamas

I guess I am one of those black men who won't get to marry the love of their life bcus of our harsh economy
Love was never designed for a black man (a struggling black man) cry cry
Indeed you are a wise man. Best story so far.

Good evening house,
i just got this mail from my admission officer in Germany for my masters prog in Architecture, someone should pls xplain even if it is just the first paragraph alone....

''All applicants must without substitution present certified proof of the following academic achievements;
A completed Bachelor’s degree certificate with an academic thesis listed as such with title on the included transcript describing the study programme taken. Please note that we only use a first degree for entry. Master’s degrees awarded subsequent to a Bachelor’s degree are irrelevant to us''

Except for European Union citizens or graduates, a completed TestAS test (see the TestAS website) in the version for Economics, with a minimum standard score of 111 in at least one of the three subdivisions and at least 101 in the other two subdivisions. You must arrange for your own TestAS test. Candidates from China, Mongolia and Vietnam have to take this test at the respective German Consulate. Please note that in any country, only a few dates in the year are available to do this test. These test results may not be sent to us after the application.

For all candidates, a completed TOEFL test with at least 80 points or a completed IELTS test with a minimum score of 6.0, or evidence of an entire Bachelor’s degree course held in English (excluding those degree courses with English lessons in the curriculum).

Candidates without these tests and results will not be considered. Candidates with these test results and a Bachelor’s degree containing at least 210 European Credit Transfer Points (ECTS) and a mark equivalent to 2,0 or better on the German scale will get preferential entry. All other candidates have to prove special suitability. Special suitability can be proven if the candidate has at least 180 ECTS and a final mark equivalent to at least 2,5 on the German scale, by means of various combinations of several of the following:

a letter of motivation,
graduation from a partner university of Wismar University,
a formal trade apprenticeship of at least three years in a subject relevant to international management,
at least 6 months of international experience by living in a foreign country as an exchange student while studying for the Bachelor’s degree, or as a full-time employee after graduation,
award of any recognised scholarships,
at least 3 months of voluntary (non-commercial) employment at a reputable charitable or other non-profit organisation,
linguistic competence at the European Union level A2 or higher in any of the following foreign languages; any official languages of the European Union (except English), Hindi, Japanese, standard Cantonese, Korean, Modern Standard Chinese, or Russian. These languages do not count if they are officially used in your home country.
An apprenticeship must be proven by submission of a Chamber of Commerce certificate or equivalent. Employment must be proven by means of the employment contract and a recommendation by the employer. Language competence must be proven by an independent and qualified teaching institution. Two different languages from the list can be considered for entry purposes.
na for professorship or permanent residence? This is too much joor
