MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.
This was the worst interview I have ever been to, my group sha, we did all the wrong things right and all the right things wrong. It was easy for the panel to poke holes in our defense. It got to a point we just freestyled. One or two of my group members talked well sha. Anyways this is where I sign off, I would have wished for a second chance, but too bad there isn't one.Adios.
P.S we were about 131 on that list.

Good day sirs/madams,
I was thinking of a business to venture into, and someone talked me into nylon business. I paid to learn it. While I was getting ready to start learning it, a big shop, mini warehouse came out and I deemed it fit to pay for it so I would start my nylon business as soon as I'm through with the training. So, I paid for one year rent of the shop and started my training.

However, I discovered that I was not in love with the nylon business and had to quit the training. Now, I am looking for a good business I can start with about 2M that should be able to yield me a profit of at least , 200k per month.

I would be grateful for your advice and suggestions.

Maintaining the attendance and leave register. Send salary advice to accountant 31st of every month.
Organizing and chairing Monday strategic meetings with staff & management
Keeping a database of and liaising with vendors
Enforce safety in the work place - reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are properly adhered to;
Managing the Cleaning of office - Schedule Office Assistant activities daily, weekly and monthly
Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
Security payment and management
Renewal & management of internet subscription
Assist in the hiring & recruitment of new staff.
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in human resources and Administrative position is needed.
