Opunu, The Court granted everyone access to the BIVAS.. One thing you failed to understand is that after accessing , your principal already lost because the number of accredited voters on the BIVAS won't tally with the votes your so called Emilokan got in the states he claimed to have won.. 😂

APC/INEC game plan was to go manual and the exclusion of the BIVAS.. The more reason they wanted to reconfigure and wipe off the total numbers of accredited voters on the BIVAS and they never wanted Nigerians to know the total numbers of the accredited VOTERS..

Studying the result, I realized few things. Peter Obi scored;
0.7% in Yobe,
0.3% in Zamfara,
1.1% in sokoto,
3.2% in Osun state
7.2% in Kwara state,
1.9% in Kebbi,
0.6% in Katsina,
0.2 % in Jigawa,
3.8% in Ekiti state,
5.2% in Gombe,
1.5% in Borno,
14.4% in Adamawa,
1.7 % in Kano,
12.6% in Kogi,
12.2% Oyo,
15.5% Ogun,
10.3% Niger,
3.2% Bauchi,
8.6% Ondo

Of all the States in which Peter Obi had below 25% of the entire votes, only Kaduna (21.7%) and Akwaibom (24%) are the closest to 25%..At the elections on Saturday, Peter Obi had 25% and above in just 16 states, so he requires 9 states from the above 19 states to get to 25 states to achieve the required Spread!

This means most of the states he lost, he lost badly.. Note that, of all the states with this ridiculous percentages, we don't see an outcry of rigging from LP.. It seems the fight was strictly between PDP and APC in those states. The above shows there is still a huge gap especially in the South west states and also the core North.

How would Obi change most of the places where he got 1% or 2%?

The claim by Obi that HE WON AND WOULD PROVE IT, IS JUST MERE PROPAGANDA DESIGNED TO KEEP UP THE SPIRIT OF OBEDIENTS FOR MARCH 11 ELECTIONS.

I believe that Nigerians do not trust INEC again after this past Presidential election was plagued by disenfranchisement, thugery attacks, mobilization and logistics failure and the allerged glitch from the BVAS.
There has been audios flying around that the INEC chairman was bribed with $170 million even before the election took place and the end result of the election is almost justifying those accusations.
I believe that for transparency the INEC chairman should come on national television to conduct a transparent lie detector test to prove that he is innocent if he is truly innocent.
