So you don't fry your eggs with oil What's wrong with just half a stock cube and less than 50ml of oil?? By the way I didn't use all the eggs to stuff the plantain; I only used less than half.. The remaning eggs were for the family..

Kids have only just gone back to school and I'm sure most parents are already cracking their brains as to what to pack for them in their pack lunches..

I personally don't like kids eating a very heavy meal at school as it gets them really tired and lose concentration as I remember back in the days when I was really young, my parents would pack me rice and stew in that infamous lunch box of mine and I used to hate eating it in school as I always wanted to buy sandwich at school.

Lets share ideas on good pack lunches for our children!

No surprise. The media has influenced many people to love and think it's a necessity and acceptable. Whatever the mainstream media project to the world becomes a norm to the society however not every norm is necessary or right.

I don't have a problem with those who likes and do it but I won't because it's completely irrelevant and has no bearing to the safe delivery of that child or who they'd become. Soon they'd come up with sex shower, birthday shower etc etc. All irrelevant.

Do you mean a baking tray or just a serving tray? A serving tray would melt in an oven and not ideal, however if you have a baking tray, yes it can be placed in an oven..

Weekend Bake off-

This is how my weekend went, I visited my cousin &also baked some quality meatpie and sausage rolls. The best way to store your pastries is to put them in freezer bags and store them in the freezer.

About the fact that most Nigerians don't like chocolate..
