Sorry long post, please pardon me..

OK so I am a christian and I said to my hubby on Friday that we aren't supposed to eat meat on good friday due to the saying that we are eating the flesh of Jesus.. He made me realise something "He said babe are we eating jesus in the flesh? It says in the bible (last supper) Jesus himself said eat this bread as a symbol of his flesh and drink this wine as a symbold of his blood" My hubby insisted that we can eat meat and all that is a myth. My cousin preached for me for hours as I ate meat lol; please educate me more Nairalanders, no abuses please oh :-)

By the way I made this for my cousin as he refused to eat meat lol.. Its Vegetable Fritata aka Veggie Omelette..

Hey darling; all you can do is drain the water away by seiving it and then put it back on fire covering it with foil on the lowest heat possible; so basically drain off all the water and put back on fire to dry up...
