out of the 500 awardees more than 400 are from Western part of this country. using simple mathematics, u can determine the disparity between the two. no formula needed.
Am sure they aren't the most brilliant students that sat for the exam. for those of u who met all the criteria and weren't shortlisted, know that that is one of the characteristics of a nation in which you live. a nation full of exclutionist, selfish, nepotist, opportunistic individuals. this every where in this nation not only on mtn scholarship awards but even at job interview. nothing like equal opportunity for everyone in this nation. if you must be great then, u must either be among the high class or work hard for yourself if you are not among the high class. so pls take heart.

hey guys, stop deceiving ur selves. we are going for an aptitude test not jamb or waec. mtn and jamb are not fools. we need to understand that when it comes to Aptitude test you cannot predict the exam question. besides the purpose of aptitude test is to test your ability to solve problems and your creativity. It wud not serve the purpose it is meant for if we are already aware of what we wud see. if you don't believe me the you can buy as many past question as you can and I promise u no single question wud b repeated.
