Please I have an issue at hand, after my application and biometric, I was given a blank Passport, after mail and phone call to TSL I was given the attached negative response.

So I said I should throw it to the house perhaps I can receive the appropriate advice and way forward cos my mind is as blank as a whiteboard.

Kindly assist with a professional comment.

I received my passport today without a vignette or refusal letter. Has anyone experience this before? If yes, what is the way out? Is it likely to be a refusal?

No you are not doing anything wrong. Paga no longer works for IHS and visa payment.
Alternatively you can open a virtual dollar card through barter and fund it by sourcing for dollars from aboki or through friends and families abroad.
Or better still, if you have someone abroad then tell the person to help you make the payment directly.

today makes it three weeks after the interview and still no info on the outcome... at least we should know our stance so we can move on. what if after all the wait someone still gets a regret mssg.

we are still hopeful that sth may land 2day or next week.. I believe under normal temperature and pressure, we should be informed of the outcome of the interview within 2weeks.. from what I heard from others.

the branch close to shoprite Algieri wuse. I can't recall our number but we should be around 32

mine was totally different.. I wasn't asked a single question on marketing.. I was asked which sector of the economy will I boast if am in the authority to do so apart from oil sector and why... why heritage bank.. and how I could be of help to the smes... lastly I was asked if I will like to work in their Kano or Kaduna branch if I make through the interview... that's oooool
