My advice to u is to change banks quickly, fact is these so called first generation banks still act as if we're in the 60's. They act like they're doing the customer a favour by keeping his or her money, so just keep giving phantom, bogus charges. I recommend u try a third generation like GT bank or oceanic or , u get the picture
